Kayla is very committed to the things that she is purpose and called to do in ministry. Throughout the previous years, Kayla’s heart to help people has continued to grow more and more. She is one who is very committed to sharing the gospel while also spreading the love of Christ. In her life she has been able to express this in many ways. Kayla has experience working with children, youth, and adults. Her experience with youth has not only come from her personal life by being a help to her family, but also from being a mentor. She has worked in education from Western New York to Southern areas, working as an Assistant and Lead Teacher. She loves being able to help serve in local churches and community events. Kayla acknowledges the importance of community and the amazing effects and outcomes that can spring forth from helping others and allowing others to help you.

This ministry started when I gave God my yes. The reality of it is God already had it planned before He formed me in my mother's womb. Being a young woman who started her relationship with Christ by crying to Him on my bedroom floor not knowing that my entire life was about to change. I liked to be by myself in my relationship with Christ. There were moments of me being introverted until one day, God asked for my YES. This was the coming of Light On A Hill Top Ministries! God allowed me to see how important this ministry would be the more I would go around the community rather it be going to a store, shopping, or working. He used me to spread the gospel and give to others, but it didn't stop there. He has allowed me to experience moments and seasons of asking for help and learning how to receive from others. Through this, He showed me how important community really is and how God uses people to spread His love. God wants His love to be shown to all. Light On A Hill Top Ministries is deeper than just a conversation. It is about experiencing the love of God and being able to see Him touch the hearts of His people. The goal is to help the community and show others who feel distant that He is near. We are here not to force, but to inspire. One of my favorite things to say is “I'm not telling you this as someone who hasn’t been through anything, but I am telling you this because I’ve experienced the love of Christ. There is nothing greater in this world and I want you to be able to experience that same love too”. Rather, this is the beginning of your walk, you have been walking with God for a while, or reading this may be your first step to coming to Him. God allows all of us to come to a place of repentance and to be forgiven because He loves us all.
